After a long and comprehensive evaluation program, EMB is glad to communicate the approval of their Buchholzrelays range for use with Nynas’ NYTRO BIO 300x transformer liquid, a more sustainable cooling solution for the electrical industry.
In the benchmark with other cooling liquids, NYTRO BIO 300X passed stringent testing including buoyancy tests at multiple temperature levels upt to 120°C and performed equivalent as the references.
In power transformer Nytro Bio 300X will provide additional advantages in by itsbiodegradabilityand sustainability.
As leader in the development and manufacture of protection and monitoring solutions for liquid cooled transformers, EMB strives to remain at the forefront of technical innovation. EMB certification of Nynas’ NYTRO® BIO 300X contributes to the introduction in the electrical industry of a more sustainable insulating liquid and the company is proud to be part an industry moving forwards with alternative and more sustainable solutions.
A letter of no objection is available for the suitability of Nynas’ NYTRO® BIO 300X for use in Power and Distribution transformers with EMB Buchholz relays of all known types/models and versions.
